These terms apply to your use of vavyr.com, operated by CCX Management Inc. (“VAVYR”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.
Information on this site
The site describes VAVYR for Business and its intended capabilities. Descriptions are general information, not an offer or a guarantee of results. Features, availability and supported AI assistants may change.
Demonstrations
The interactive demos and previews use fictional businesses and sample data. They do not make real bookings, contact real businesses or represent any real company’s availability, prices or decisions.
AI Action Audit
The AI Action Audit costs CAD $490 one-time, exclusive of tax. Payment is confirmed through Stripe. The full CAD $490 is credited toward a separately reviewed and approved VAVYR activation completed within 30 days of confirmed payment. The audit does not activate a business or grant execution authority.
Commercial terms
Submitting the activation form does not create a contract or any obligation to pay. Any VAVYR service, pricing and data handling for your business is governed by a separate written agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false or unlawful information, or submit other people’s personal information without permission.
Intellectual property
VAVYR, the site and its content belong to CCX Management Inc. or its licensors. Other names mentioned belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply endorsement or partnership.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
