Privacy notice

This notice explains how CCX Management Inc. (“VAVYR”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through vavyr.com, including the VAVYR for Business pages. VAVYR is a brand of CCX Management Inc., based in Ontario, Canada.

What we collect

When you submit the “Make my business live” form, we collect your business name, your name, work email, optional phone number, business type, city or market, optional website, and the description you write. We also keep the time of your request and a reference number.

The interactive demo runs in your browser. It uses fictional businesses and does not send what you click to us.

Please do not submit patient, health or payment information through this website.

For an audit purchase, intake, activation application or business claim, we also keep your request reference, the information you submit, verified Stripe payment references and status, and review and notification status. Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment information; we do not collect card numbers on this site. First-party browser storage keeps a request reference and campaign attribution (such as referral and campaign names) across the purchase flow. Campaign attribution is saved with your commercial request.

Customer sign-in and controlled actions

When an enabled VAVYR customer connection uses Google sign-in, Google and Auth0 handle authentication. Auth0 may receive your Google account identifier, email address and basic profile details, such as your name and profile image. The customer Google connection requests email and basic profile information only; it does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or Google Calendar. VAVYR uses an internal account reference to associate the authenticated customer with their current permissions. Signing in alone does not authorize a business action.

If you connect an AI service to an enabled VAVYR capability, we keep the request, its business and capability references, applicable consent and approval records, expiry, status, and activity evidence needed to process it and show an accurate result. The connected AI service and the appointed business approver receive the request and result needed for that flow. Do not include sensitive information that the requested service does not need.

We use Google identity information for sign-in and account security, not advertising, and do not sell it. You can withdraw the Google connection in your Google Account settings. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your VAVYR account information through the contact address below. Removing a sign-in connection does not erase records we need to retain for a completed service, payment or applicable legal obligation.

Why we use it

• To respond to your request and discuss whether VAVYR fits your business.
• To keep a record of the request so we can follow up accurately.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use form submissions for advertising.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in private cloud storage with our hosting provider and delivered to our team by email through an email service provider. Google and Auth0 handle identity information for an enabled Google connection; the AI service you connect processes the requests and responses shared with it. These providers may process data outside Canada. Access is limited to people and services that need it to provide the requested service, maintain account security or meet applicable legal obligations.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a customer.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you sent us, or withdraw consent to further contact, by emailing hello@vavyr.com. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Customer services

If your business becomes a VAVYR customer, the handling of your customers’ data is governed by your service agreement with us, not by this notice.
